These are the earliest recordings the band did in '98-'99. "Fader" was the first song we actually wrote together. That one along with the other tracks here were the songs we sent out in '99 that landed us our first EP with Drive-In Records. "Maybe I'm Dreaming" and "Asleep" were recorded at a local studio, and these are rough mixes, as we went back later on to re-record the vocals and remix both songs. The other tracks were all recorded at home with a Tascam cassette multitrack. "Fotoromanza" was later re-recorded and included in Shelflife Records' "Picnic Basket" comp.
